LIFTEK is focused on providing:

• Mandatory 24 month Regulatory Inspections (periodic) as required by Lift Regulation 828 (clause 6) for  Passenger Lifts (Traction and Hydraulic), Escalators and Passenger Conveyors, Access Goods Only Lifts,  Stair Lifting Platforms and Vertical Lifting Platforms.

• Mandatory Comprehensive Inspections as required when there is a change in the competence Service  Provider or after any equipment failure has occurred.

• Commissioning of New and Modernised installations – providing of Commissioning and Testing Certification.

• Maintenance Audits in accordance with the Service contract between the owner and the competent Service  Provider.

• Due Diligence Audits – to prove the integrity of equipment prior to Modernization or on the Sale of the  Building.

CERTIFICATE OF COMMISSIONING ACCEPTANCE  TESTS FOR PASSENGER & GOODS LIFTS (ELECTRIC & HYDRAULIC) / ESCALATORS/ HOISTS.

ANNEXURE B:

CERTIFICATE FOR NEW INSTALLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND PERIODIC INSPECTION AND TESTING OF PASSENGER LIFTS, ESCALATORS AND PASSENGER CONVEYORS.

CERTIFICATE FOR NEW INSTALLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND PERIODIC INSPECTION AND TESTING OF  LIFTS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (STAIR LIFTING PLATFORMS & VERTICAL LIFTING PLATFORMS).
